HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
At OceansDeepAquaria, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
EXCHANGES
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@oceansdeepaquaria.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
